This is a horrible, non-complete manual for using Albumer. The instructions assume that 1.) you are using Apache, MySQL on a Unix machine, 2.) you have root permissions, 3.) you are somewhat familiar with the administration of PHP and MySQL. It is still possible to install Albumer without matching those qualifications, it may just take some finagling.
